It was a long journey with Westcombes but well worth the wait!. I am very please with the outcome. My new fire place and stove looks absolutely brilliant, just what, and how I wanted it. Thanks to Max and his team for letting it all happen. I Highly recommended Westcombes. The team are very professional, tidy, polite, and they were able to give me useful advice on all aspects throughout the process of the installation, as well as goodies for getting my stove fired up!! Visited the shop twice, booked in or a fireplace survey to get a stove installed. Was told they would be in touch in 2 weeks. Waited 4 weeks, then contacted them again (gave them the benefit of the doubt due to Christmas period). The guy apologised and said they would be in touch soon. It has now been over 7 weeks and still no contact. It's a shame as the guy in the shop was very helpful. They obviously don't need the business. Have managed to source another installer who has already surveyed and will fit in 3 weeks. I'd recommend Burns Fireplaces in Homesdale Road, Bromley.

We recently had a small Wood burning stove fitted along with black slate slips and hearth while retaining our existing wood surround. The showroom advice and installation were excellent and for a small fire it packs a punch. Highly recommended.
