    Ever since the new owners took over this post office, they have been closing on random times every day. They are never open until what their opening hours say. So many times I went there an hour before their closing time and they were already shut. I can’t prove it but we’ve also had quite few parcels gone missing when using these lot. Fuming!

    BEWARE !! Stay clear from this office. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE MOST EXPENSIVE OPTION OF POSTAGE WIthOUT INFORMING YOU - complete rip off. I wanted to post an item - iPhone charger (the lightest item ever) asked for 48Hours Tracked and was told that this service doesn't exist then I was told it will be 24 Hours Tracked and was charged £7.99 for it and when I checked the tracking number today it said it's actually Special Delivery before 1 pm guaranteed. I never asked for that I even specifically said the cheapest Tracked service available as I don't need it to be delivered ASAP. Will not be using them again!!!!

    Don't use this post office if you need the disabled ramp because the staff refuse to put it down for wheelchair users and say they have no training.
