    Not the practice it used to, been going for over 15 years and although I got a text inviting me to make an appointment when I 'phoned found that my dentist had left no alternative offered and told to call back in a month. No communication whatsoever, now looking for alternative and will go private if I have to but not at this surgery.

    Yet another practice lost to NHS patients. Whilst the staff where great and the service was fantastic I sadly cannot afford to pay the extortionate private fees. Whilst I can understand the economics of not taking NHS patients I feel poorly treated and a second rate citizen not worthy of their treatment or even being in the same building. Shame will not recommend for this reason

    As a result of Daan’s professionalism and patience I have now become somebody who loves going to the dentist. On my first visit I cried hysterically and literally shook in the chair. I now have the perfect smile and absolutely love my visits for treatment. I 100% recommend Daan to anybody, you definitely will not be disappointed.

    I have recommend ( over 5 years!) Daan for good practice, excellence in dental care & duty of care with clients/patients …. Shame this is no longer the case…..unless we are willing to pay to be his private patient ….. I got dropped like a hot stone with literally no chance of another NHS dentists at this practice or another .,…. And Daan was very unprofessional towards me ….when I stood my ground as he verbally reprimanded me ( during my last appointment today which was forced on him to finish the dental plan he set up for me) for replying to his “ services termination” email in November/December 2022 and pleading my case. I will now gladly join a different dental practice and pay as a private patient or Dental Plan rather than ever again have to put up with what Daan has become …. Shame, we used to think very highly of him.

    They keep you waiting for one hour each time on the telephone with a repeated message of "we accept NHS patients". Then when you walk three miles to get there as you cannot get through, they say they DO NOT accept NHS patients. Change your advertising and phone messages or I will report you to trading standards immediately

    This dentist is brilliant. The best in Westcliff ❤️ lovely staff, and very nice dentists. As someone who has had anxiety in dentists and had to be put to sleep even for fillings, since going to this dentist I haven't needed to go to Brentwood or Basildon to be put to sleep 😀 my anxiety is totally put at ease by the dentist, and now I am able to be awake and just have the numbing injection and have any work done, even tooth extractions! Never had any pain from this place. Thank you so much ❤️
