On consecutive days, the pick up collection point was incorrect. When communicating this with both drivers, both refused to move or change stating it was not their instruction. Both blamed their boss….Very frustrating to walk a group of 47 with suitcases and other luggage a 1km walk at 4:45am. I would not recommend or use this organisation again!

I had a replacement bus from Westbus and I left my coat on the bus. I rang the depot to tell them and Michael was incredibly helpful and rang the driver to arrange for it to be dropped off at my origin station when he was next on his route. The journey itself was great too and the bus was modern and clean, thanks so much guys!

Dangerous and aggressive drivers, yesterday 03/03/2022 at around 1pm, a coach with the number 177 almost ripped our bumper off at Trafalgar Square, then just around the corner, he almost took out a taxi driver, I have video proof of this if needed, absolutely atrocious for a 'professional' coach company

Drivers are very nice. Worked for a school who hired Westbus for school runs in the morning and afternoons. I would definitely recommend Westbus for any other companies/organisations or people who are thinking of hiring with coach companies🙂🙂
