Lovely place to stay , very clean and comfortable. Tracey and Colin are a warm friendly couple who make you feel welcome the moment you arrive. If you want an ensuite room try and get room 1 it's great. The breakfast is top notch very tasty indeed. I have no hesitation In recommending the Westbrook.

Colin and Tracey were very welcoming. Shocked how this is rated a 2 star. Should, without a doubt be a 5*. Spotlessly clean, breakfast was excellent. Alot of love was clearly spent when designing the rooms, all the little finishing touches didnt go unnoticed. From the soaps, shower gel, teas, coffees and even the way the towels were folded, everything was done to perfection. Will be returning and recommending. Thank you for a lovely stay. We stayed in the giraffe room- #1 Walkability: Beach 2 minutes away. Arcades and fun were 10minutes away

Owners were super friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and well decorated. Quiet because it's off season so we had the bathroom to ourselves. Lots of pride flags etc displayed so a good place for LGBT travellers to stay

A gem of a find run by the lovely couple Tracy and Colin, next to the beach. The rooms are bright and airy and beautifully decorated, clean and smells lovely. Bathroom and toilets are shared but they are so well maintained and cleaned throughout the day that my initial worries soon evaporated. Towels are plenty and cleaned on a daily basis Breakfast is served if pre-booked and they have a small bar as well. The garden is great to spend the evening and for the children to play in. There is a Tesco supermarket very close by. It was like a home away from home and we will definitely visit again.

Fantastic place to stay, we only stayed for 1 night for a concert. We was in the peacock room and had everything we needed apart from no en-suite but we knew that when we booked. Breakfast was fantastic had full English, toast, orange juice and tea. Cereals was also available. Tracey & Colin was brilliant hosts.
