Although unfortunately we didn't decide to buy a van from Westbourne Professional I cannot praise Chris's help with us viewing a van remotely and in person. We were based in Reading and eventually managed to get up to Sheffield and having dealt with quite a few Van salesmen from other dealers I'd definitely felt most comfortable with Chris and the Westbourne Professional team. Just bought a nearly new VW LWB combi van from Westbourne Professional, and can highly recommend them. Oliver and his team sorted out all our added extra requests - a Westphalia removable tow hitch with fully wired in electrics and a rear interior upgrade, including cladding and roof lights - and we are overjoyed with the result. Oliver kept us fully updated about progress throughout and we collected the van as arranged. As we have never owned a VW before, Oliver spent a considerable time going through all the "goodies" - where everything is, how things work, and how to set menus on the dashboard, thus ensuring a safe and stress-free drive home despite heavy rain and a jammed motorway. There was also plenty of fuel in the tank - a nice little unexpected "added extra" touch. We have already had some adventures - a house move for a friend, and an overnight trip. We are so happy, the van is absolutely perfect for us. And Poppy the puppy loves her new perch on the back seat where she has a great view out. So a big "Thank you" to Oliver and team for making our introduction to the "Dub Club" such a pleasure.

We had two cars to trade in an Audi TT 19 plate and a Ford Focus on a 14 plate. We got a really good price for both and we set off from Edinburgh to Sheffield and on arrival we were made extremely welcome. We looked at the Alfa Guila Quadrifoglio and it was even better than the photos and video. We were then given a coffee while he looked over both our cars . I expected the usual car dealer haggle about the two cars but he was happy and we just went up and finished the paperwork. He help get the motor tax sorted and we were off for a test drive. We left in less than an hour it was extremely easy and hassle free. We dealt with Josh and he was really nice and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure. I would recommend Westbourne Professional to anyone.
