I find this online request form really practical! Have had some delicate issues for a long time and the doctor I had last time retired. However Dr Goswami made me feel at ease from the first time I talked to her on the phone till I had an appointment with her. She is really thorough, kept in touch with results and is really caring. The receptionist at the practice are lovely, professional and always happy to help.

Saw Dr Ian Kennedy regarding painful bursa. He was very helpful in explaining all the issues and where the pain was coming from. He gave me a good examination to determine exactly what the issue was and gave me an injection. He forwarded me exercises to do specific to my problem. First class!

This review is solely based on the experience we encountered with the GP & NOT with the surgery itself. The appointment we had was with with Dr Stephen Morgan. The appointment was for our child who was extremely ill & was clearly in need of medical attention. Stephen was extremely blasé about the whole situation and barely even checked our child before telling us there is nothing wrong & we should just go home and 'rest' and said no antibiotics were needed & that everything was 'fine' which was clearly not the case. He even made a comment suggesting that some children continue to take neurofen for years which was quite concerning. Afer this experience we were left angry and unconvinced and have since visited another doctor who confirmed that our child WAS indeed sick and straight away prescribed antibiotics & admitted us into urgent care at A&E. Not ideal that we had to endure this long winded process. Stephen...it's Probably time for retirement IMO!

Love the new SMS appointment solution. Worked brilliantly. Got a link. Tapped in my details. Uploaded a pic. And got a call back within 60 minutes. Spoke to a lovely lady, got my prescription sorted. Shame I couldn't get a Deliveroo pick up --- but all in all was brilliant. Saved me and them a stack of time... Love it when technology works and there is a smart customer experience. Well done...
