Over the last 15 years I have nothing experience than only great service, punctual and quick. Even during busy days they try their best to get you the first available appointment. I am very happy to have them as my GP.

I find that the staff are usually polite, and the doctors usually responsive and sufficiently knowledgeable for being GPs. I have been with them for over 10 years

I have reported to Dr Chin findings of a endocrinologist from abroad at beginning of January stating that I have a single nodule on my thyroid and high cancer marker. I also handed in this report but Dr Chin requested I should personally translated. I told her I am hesitant to do it as I fear possible omissions due to use of lots of Latin words, I had poor knowledge of. The surgery decline to translate it on NHS. I also reported severe fatigue and malaise and that my sister been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Dr Chin instisted I should repeat blood test, but she has forgotten to issue the forms. I needed to wait another week to have again the appointment with her in order for the forms to be issued. Elen the receptionist claimed it could not be done by directly contacting GP herself. Eventually Dr Chin apologised for forgetting do it. At the initial appointment I was promised an ultrasound and biopsy straight away. Dr Chin has also "forgotten "to do it. By the time my blood results came back, confirming a high level cancer marker again I was told I need to be referred to an endocrinologist. Four months later I have been forgotten again and not seen anyone. Dr Chin was not concerned to contact me despite I reported a list of other alarming symptoms . I am abroad now , saw the consultant, the nodule has grown, an emergency biopsy was performed. I am awaiting for results and dreading it. Personally I think negligent doctors should be strack off from the register. In my opinion Dr Chin is more suited to be a banker than a doctor. I remember when I asked her to referral for a second opinion for something else a long time ago, she told me, it is better that the hospital makes that refferal. Dr Chin was frugal and has also denied me access then so it doesnt come off from" her budget". Also this surgery is still at level 3 due to Covid19 closed to majority of the public, in my opinion doctors should assist vulnerable. But it seems " the doctors are the most vulnerable group than the rest of nation and other professionals. It is the choice that Dr Chin makes again on our behalf. I am terribly disappointed to be in this position. I am writing this review for you to make better choices, to make an informative decision in whose hands you put your own health and your dearest. You have been warned. Good luck.

Constantly having to write my medical requests as "administrative questions" because my condition is not listed in the eConsult survey... Otherwise great people and advice once you finally go past the maze and reach the GP.

Absolutely extraordinary how long patients have had to tolerate the rude and aggressive behaviour of the receptionists at this practice. Having been shouted at and patronised by Sabrina yet again (as so many others have), I find myself now looking for a new practise despite the high quality of service from my doctor (Dr Perera) for so many years. How is it possible that this issue still hasn’t been addressed by the practice manager, Mrs Veronica Pilgrim, after such a long time and so many similar experiences?
