Attempted to book a service. Service department called back quickly. Asked the difference between 2 options given (one twice the price of the other) and was told “you need to tell me which one you want” how I’m meant to do that with no other information???! Completely disinterested and unhelpful. Decided to go elsewhere where the staff could explain the different service options and advise me so I could make an informed decision
