Was told the doctor to call me today. I’ve had no call so tried to call them to find an update to be told that the doctor has left and left a note saying they’ve tried to contact me when they’ve not and the male receptionist was not very helpful, didn’t let me speak. He then went on to telling me to call again in the morning so I could potentially have another appointment which I might not even get. The male receptionist referred to the doctors as a ‘call centre’ which I find kind of disturbing. Worst experience this has been my family doctors for many many years I will now be changing my doctors as this is an ongoing issue.

You call at 8 am and then they immediately hang up. After 5-6 calls each time waiting on a queue only for them to hang up each time after about an hour you get through to be told no appointments left. Im not calling because of the flu/covid/cold but a serious sudden condition requiering a referral and all the useless man on the other side could say was call 111...Im better off Google-ing my symptoms. Absolutely useless. PS. After another 4 attempts in 3 days, I called at 11.40am. Was first in the queue by 12 when the second round of slots is dispensed and your receptionist left me waiting with the phone ringing for another 20 minutes! I refused to give up so he eventually had to answer. To be fair if you can get to a doctor -they are great thus the second star! Your male receptionist however is not. If he did not make it near impossible to book I'd give you 5 stars.

The male receptionist hang up the phone on me is rude, has no manners or ethics thinks it’s a call centre from back home not a GP surgery and can intimidate patients by speaking so rudely not listening to them and then hanging the phone up. They should not employ people like this who do not know what patient care is and what is urgent or not he’s not selling me a phone line but he is responsible for my health as he’s the the point of contact which is unfortunate. Then they asking for GP workload Please employee decent people that will remove all this mess GPs are in. Then I kept calling for over two three hours no one picked up. I ended up in hospital and will definitely get legal action.

The worst Practice I have had in London. Reception is unhelpful, do not pick the phone. I have requested for a check up with GP, as i moved to Chiswick. Reception gave me the option of a telephone consultation, i was unsure how my blood pressure and so on would be measured..I have low levels of Vit B12, i was advised my previous GP to have blood collection within a month, to see if i need injections. It has been impossible to speak with a GP at this practice.

Who ever is the woman on the end of the emergency line is rude and has an unnecessary attitude. I’ve been trying to get an appointment for months for an issue I’ve had for well over a year and she’s hung up on me on the phone stating it’s not an emergency without even listen to why I’m calling. Doctors are nice but the receptionist/team are useless. Can’t wait to move out of this borough so I can sign up elsewhere.
