Bought a Nissan Leaf in Feb 2023 from this dealership. Inside the first 6days the 12V battery gave up, After some negotiation the amount was refunded. The 100 point inspection did not catch the ball cell nor i can confirm the bonnet was ever opened. dust and dirt everywhere only finger prints were mine. Then in May 2023 the car started to pull towards left and the traction control light came on. informed the dealership and RAC came and did a check and towed away to my nearest Nissan Dealership for repairs. The steering drive arm bent. the arm bent is rusted. the tyres are worn completely (only done 1300miles with me). i told the sales advisor before buying the car is pulling to one side upon braking. Minor alignment issue i thought....all these issues tell me the car was like this before i got it. Damage marks all over which i knew upon purchasing luckly i got pictures of it. comparing these pictures to May 2023 i can confirm i didnt have an accident to damage the drive arm. sadly no response from the dealership. Nissan UK is not wanting to fix it either. very poor and bad service. never again this dealership franchise and never again a Japanese car (my first after many many top end European cars)

We arrived to check out a car we had seen online and the service was excellent from our first phone call. We were met by Jonathan Smith and offered our test drive, he spoke to us about what we wanted and our budget and was never pushy. He listened and got us a great deal on a better car than we originally looked to purchase. He went well above and beyond, even keeping in touch with us on his day off! Superb service from start to finish, cannot recommend Westway and Jonathan enough!
