After an initial 5* review I'm downgrading this to a 2* review due to the awful aftersales service received. The staff here are focused on the initial sale but appear to have high turnover. Management push for good reviews and feedback but once the feedback period has expired they ignore their obligations. There's no ownership taken by management following the departure of sales staff so months after the purchase was completed we've still yet to receive compete paperwork, have our queries answered in writing or reach adequate solutions with regard to some questionable tyres. I've now engaged with the main Nissan complaints department in attempt to close this purchase out in a satisfactory manner.

Bought a used Pegeout 2008 66 Plate from this dealership, had nothing but trouble from day 1 with a persistent engine fault. Been been trying to reject the car and send back for last 3 months for management just to Thob me off and ignore all my emails, telephone calls and personal visits. Poor customer service from the management team and the Motoring Ombudsman have had to get involved. Avoid at all costs.

When buying any car you need to be prepared beforehand, so do your homework first. At West Way all my questions were answered with no fuss. I went on a test drive and all the knobs etc were explained and how to adjust things. A deal was negotiated, and hands shook. I have also used West Way for my annual service and MOT for many years. All staff are friendly and polite, and teas and coffees are avavilable free of charge. West Way is a short walk from Newbold Tram Station and bus stops on Milnrow Road, so is very accessable,. And If you want to relax after dropping your car off, Rochdale Canal towpath is a short walk too, something I have done many times.
