    I was advised to pay a £100 holding fee for a car I wanted to come and look at. I asked what would happen if I decided not to go ahead and was told the £100 would go straight back on my card. I didn’t go ahead and have asked three times for the money to be returned. They keep saying they’ll sort it but never do.
