I took our Thwaites (c1790) long case mechanism to Paul having had a not so good experience with another repair business. From the start he was professional and accurate about his work, what he would do, and when he would aim to have it ready by. I collected the clock just before Christmas, he explained the work he had done, and offered pictures of what he had found and he helped me set it up with advice over the phone once I got it home. The clock works perfectly, accurate to within a few seconds each week. Would definitely recommend his work.
