The general dental practice say children are exempt from restrictions If you have a child with you you are told to leave child/baby out side or the child has to go in on their own The receptionist extremely rude and unprofessional with no thought or common sense. The practice manager at extremely rude and no thought about parents with young children to be left outside by a busy road If he was that concerned why didn’t he have a mask on ? Waiting Rooms can be made Safe why are they not able to here

What a First Class service!! - My then 13 year old daughter, 15 months ago, was referred to West Street Orthodontists due to overlaps of her teeth in a small mouth. Part of her brace early on would sometimes pop out and an emergency appointment to put it back was never too much trouble. From all receptionists to dental nurses and the orthodontists themselves we are so grateful to you all for your professionalism and care. Her teeth are now absolutely STUNNING. She has never been happier and can flourish as a young 14 year old with a smile to die for. I highly recommend West Street Orthodontists to anyone needing dental assistance. Daughter had really messed up teeth before going to WSOP. Had 5 teeth out in hospital then train tracks for 21 months (ages 12 to 14). Retainer to leave with. Practice was always professional and progress was seen almost immediately. Daughter now has perfect smile. Very pleased. Would recommend.
