I have been working over 20 schools for two years, and it is without any doubt my favourite organization. From my point of view, it is one of the best SEN set of schools in Leeds. I had worked with them as a supply teacher in several locations for long and short contracts. I know them well and now that I am leaving Leeds, I want to say that they are especially good and I know the organization quite well. To the point Carlos... What differentiated this place from the others where I have been, is a well trained and experienced staff that care about education and tried to make an impact in the life of their students. Plus a management team that put the time an effort and it is amazing. If you have the chance to speak with Michelle Wilman (Principal) you will realize that she is fully engaged with the school and is passionate about education, and what is more important, transmits this to her staff. After more than a year working with them, I will miss working in the WEST SILC.
