It is unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review. There was an issue with a product and the pharmacist would not discuss the issue ( the girl behind the counter was pleasant ). I did leave a very good review on the Shoebury High Street but have since transferred my prescription to The Broadway Thorpe Bay as the service there has also declined. There needs to be more focus on customer service as there is growing competition from online companies now.
