Update: 27/01/2022 I have been a patient at West Point Medical Centre ever since I can remember. The treatment I have (very recently) received has improved my star rating for this Medical Centre. Although I must admit in the past, I, like others have been left disappointed with the treatment I have received here (it's mainly a negligent doctor and one of the reception staff). :( The waiting time to be seen by one of the doctors isn't too bad - up to an hour is the maximum time here. And, to be seen by the Nurse the waiting time is usually under 15 minutes (maximum), I guess it really depends on how busy a particular doctor or nurse is on the day and the time of your appointment. Dr. Askew is my usual doctor, as I much prefer to only be seen by him because I believe he understands (better) the medical condition I have. In my opinion Dr Askew and (lets not forget) Dr Brown are two of the best doctors I have ever been treated by, and will ever be a patient of. Nurse Yvonne is also very good at the job she does: she is calm, reassuring and swift: it's not as painful getting my bloods done here than it was at MRI's Outpatients Clinic. Most (but certainly not all) the reception staff are: attentive, calm, helpful and professional. And, If I had to name two - i'd pick Laura and Jack.

Don't even deserve one star. Just rang for phone appointment as advised in the morning. All appointments gone. Told to ring tomorrow. My son is in the vulnerable group. Dry cough choking with pain in the ribs since last night. When I've asked for urgent appointment nothing left. Absolutely disgusting. I only put one star as it isn't the receptionists fault. Why only phone appointments is beyond me. After a weekend they only see patients 8.30 to 12.00. This is the worst GPS practice i have i ever come across. should take him to a walk in centre where he would be in touch with other patients. I didn't even ask to come on. I only wanted phone call appointment.
