I booked Andrew to look at a boiler on 21st Dec through Task Rabbit. He says my tenant didn't answer the door - they dispute this, they say they were there and no one ever rang the buzzer. He was non-responsive to messages I sent within an hour asking him if he could circle back, or come back the next day. I forgot to close / cancel the open request and this morning, 2 months later, he has closed it and charged me £101, the line noting "Andrew worked one hour". Erm, no. If you had another job nearby enough that you couldn't do this one when I got back to you within 15 minutes of the buzzer apparently not working, that you could not go back or even respond to my messages, then no you did not lose the hour. Quite shocked that Andrew thinks it's ok to charge me the full amount for this.

British Gas installed a Smart Meter for me but told me that my boiler needed a service so shut it down. Andrew bought and installed a new one for me within a couple of days. He was open about the cost involved and the time frame required. He did an excellent job. Much appreciated.
