I requested information of the prices of some items and they never got back to me. Awful because they probably think I am not serious about buying. As a result I had to hire the worker from a different branch to follow my plan. I won't recommend the mayfair branch.

Upon realising I had ordered the wrong size, they re-ordered for me and kindly delivered it free of charge which they did not need to do. Andre was helpful, polite and efficient each time I wrote and called. I have really appreciated their services.

Initially we had good service from West One. Our sales advisor was very informative and patient while we worked out our designs and selected our items. However, once the order was placed things went downhill. We had multiple issues with the order, including major delays to lead times (e.g. from 6 weeks to over 12) and the wrong items being sent, and it was near impossible to get any information or updates from West One while trying to resolve. I would have to chase multiple times each time we needed an update and if my contact was out of the office for several days nobody else was interested in helping- in fact some were quite rude in telling me to wait for an update until my contact was back. I fully understand that issues can occur for purchases such as this but being completely ignored and kept in the dark when said issues are causing major inconvenience and cost is not okay. Even now I have been chasing for over 2 months to return an incorrect item and get refunded (said item was collected nearly a month ago and I am still waiting for my money). It is a shame because we really like the bathroom designs we have chosen and West One offer a good selection, but dealing with the delivery and issues has been so stressful, frustrating and expensive (due to builders' and plumbers' time being wasted) that I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

Having decided it was time to update our bathroom we decided to get in touch with West One Bathrooms due to falling in love with their window display at their Mayfair showroom. Originally we had a good idea of what style we were looking to achieve but we decided to use their full design package to compare as we wanted to make the most of the limited space we have. Very happy we decided to do this as we fell in love with their design and very quickly proceeded to put into action. They took on board what style we we’re looking to create and created a truly beautiful bathroom for us using the space to its best ability. Would highly recommend their services and design services to anyone thinking of re doing their bathrooms.

Excellent service from start to finish. We went for the full design service as we had an awkward spaced bathroom and as first time buyers we weren't sure what we were doing necessarily! They advised us on everything, the design was above what we could of thought of creating with the space available and the bathroom looks super stylish. Overall we're extremely happy with the level of service and would highly recommend them to anyone and use them again.

Leanna was positive at the outset during the sale, but the delivery mechanics was flawed with issues (wrong products, multiple delayed deliveries, faulty product) and when I explained this cost me money due to the builders / plumbers having to delay there was no sympathy or accountability taken. The advice given in hindsight was also flawed with brushed chrome and steel chrome being provided in the bathroom. Unfortunately what was a positive initial experience was not followed up by logistics and management
