Saturday 4th February. I visited West One Bathrooms this afternoon and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The lady I dealt with was off hand, unfriendly and very condescending. I was made to feel unwelcome and it was clear from her behaviour she didn’t want to help. Unfortunate ; as I work for one of the worlds largest Interior architectural firms.

Helpful staff when it comes to design suggestions, and good range of products overall. However, recommended some JTP flushing systems to take cost down and they turned out to be of extremely poor quality with no aftersale support. Ultimately spent a lot on our bathrooms for a suboptimal outcome…

From the first meeting with Kirsten at West One I felt confident this was the right person to help create the bathroom of my dreams. Kirsten worked closely with me to create a design that fitted perfectly with the rest of my house and met some quite specific (and picky) requests in the design brief. The choice of fittings and options available through West One was excellent and I love every single item in the bathroom. The help didn't stop at the design and purchase of fittings. Kirsten also helped me find a great contractor for the project and helped keep the whole installation process remarkably stress free and on track. Covid delayed the job, which was completely accommodated by West One who stored everything during lockdown but were ready to go when we could proceed. All in all, this was definitely a bathroom worth waiting for and the best possible people to help make it a reality.
