We dealt with Joel Fry from WestOne to purchase sanitary ware, UFH, towel radiators, cabinet mirrors, etc for an ensuite, family bathroom and WC as part of our house extensions and renovations. From minute one he was unfailingly helpful and professional and this carried through the whole process where he quickly dealt with any bumps in the road once the products were onsite. We found WestOne to be very competitive on price too. I would recommend Joel, and by default WestOne, without hesitation.

From start to finish this was a painless, even pleasant (!), process and the end product is a really good looking bathroom. Lukas at West One Bathrooms was very helpful over the design and the fittings. We were then helped by Adrian of FiveSextillion to find the right contractors, The Hamilton Group, and they supervised the excellent Darek who did the actual installation work. We love our bathroom, and we feel strongly that it is good value as well as being very nice to bath in!
