Giving them an extra star for their speedy service and customer service skills but....where do I start.... First. How can you class an uddingston flat with a kitchen so small that it can't fit a fridge in it as a "One Bedroom Flat". It's a bedsit. I paid less for a 2 bedroom high rise flat in East Kilbride Second. We complained numerous times about our neighbour who would often stumble home out his face, "forget his key", kick down the close front door then his own front door and their response was always "Phone the police". They could do nothing to evict this man Third, the lack of housing is atrocious. There were alsays stories on facebook of families of three waiting on a flat. We eventually gave in and had to move into a private let. 2 months after we'd moved we had a phonecall to say we could swap flats with someone on the blantyre bridge but as we'd moved we were taken off the housing list. Poor!
