Have to share my experience with West Motors, Excellent dealership and more importantly excellent customer service, especially ( but not only ) Mr Kal. Who has been looking at my file and my car concern following car purchase, after around a month I had a minor issue with the Car , he didn't waste a chance of getting it sorted ASAP with great hospitality and professionalism. Highly recommend West Motors to anyone looking for professional, expert and Excellent car dealership and special thanks to Mr Kal.

I had read the bad reviews however I thought I would give them a chance. I called on Friday morning to ask if a car was available and asked the condition, Sunday came without a call back. I called on Sunday morning, advised that I had secured finance elsewhere at £200 per month however the salesman got really funny with me because I wouldn't take his finance at £250! He then went on to advice that their 3 month warranty only covered £250 damages which really isn't a warranty in today's money. After a bit of a battle he finally agreed to send me a video over whatsapp within the hour of the car to show the condition, Sunday evening has arrived and no video. These guys seem like they don't want to sell a car with the poor customer service, well maybe unless you take their finance! On top of the sale price they charge £199 admin fee and an extra £399 admin fee if you take finance elsewhere.
