absolute rip off avoid they want £180 just to look at a problem so what happens is you are stuck because you have already paid the 180 and they know people can't walk away because you are already down avoid this dirty place if you don't want to get ripped off.

don't believe in having a go at people but tried to this company the benefit of the doubt but today is the last straw. I've bought a car with a new mot and a service. adblu was low,egr sensor was faulty and 2 poor tyres on the back and now after 1500 miles the brake pad warning light has come on. when you buy a car with a new Mot and service you don't expect to be paying out in the 1st 2 months for tyres and pads.

I had three problems that needed checking, i was told it was £90 per problem just to check the problem and then they would advise me of the fix. All three problems were not diagnosed with the £90 and all could have been one of two things. All very vague and another £300 each issue to diagnose with no guarantee. I asked for a best and worse case for the jobs and they couldn’t give it to me so I took the car elsewhere. Service: Brake service & repair

The workshop fitted a replacement air suspension compressor to my Discovery as a Land Rover Warranty repair item. This was the first time I've used West Motor Company having previously been a Guy Salmon Customer. The service was excellent, the work was carried out to the highest standard on the day it was booked in. A well deserved 5 star review and I'm writing this a year after the job was completed.
