I highly recommend the services from this company. The guy was lovely, he put me at easy when I informed him I was scared of wasps. He was very professional and respectful of my home. Been reading the reviews before I booked with this company .When I rang I was told by the chap in the office that they had been taken over by a new company as the last owner had became ill and could not cope with the general running of the business . I was guaranteed on a first class service by the new owners and was not disappointed I have but this review on to put the company back at the top were it belongs with price and service . Far from one hour, it was 4 days. Having said on booking, that the nest was on the roof, the guy turned up with no ladders and declared the job impossible. To his credit, he made no attempt to charge us. 2nd company called, turned up end of day at 7pm, straight up on to flat roof, assessed position of nest, and job done. No wasps seen since. Brilliant
