Brilliant little shop. I’ve used this place a few times to get spares for our drier and today I was all set to throw it out as I though the heater had finally died. They could have sold me another one but instead the lady at the shop suggested trying to reset the heater and see if that worked… and to hoover out all the dust. Did that, reset the heater, it took me all of 10 minutes and now it works again. She could have easily sold me the part, sold me a new machine or had me pay for someone to come out to repair it, but instead she pointed me in the direction of trying something simple myself and even said come back if you need any more help. I really appreciated the honesty and helpfulness, and as a small business, they’ve got nothing financially out of that at a time when everyone is struggling. I was really impressed and if I need a new machine, I’ll be going back to them as they deserve my custom.

They didn't answer twice when I called, I almost called another company but luckily, they called back shortly after. I spoke to an extremely friendly lady on the phone , and engineer was really nice and knowledgeable too. Free call out which is great as my washer was beyond repair, so saved me paying for someone to tell me it was scrap. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. Encouraged us to see if we could get our existing machine fixed before replacing. Were able to fix same day. Fast, friendly and knowledgable and not pushing sales. Definitely recommended. ** Google won't allow another review, so will edit this one from a year ago instead ** Our old faithful finally gave up the ghost. Again, WMWM came out at no charge to do a diagnosis and gave us an honest appraisal of our options. No pushy sales. We brought our replacement machine through them as we wanted the more personal service (could have got slightly cheaper if we wanted to go through a faceless box-shifting giant company). It was delivered and installed quickly. We had a minor problem with a leaking connector hose. There was no questioning the conditions or trying to blame our plumbing - just an instantly arranged visit by the same engineer who changed the hose no questions asked and made sure we had no problems. Great service, no pushy sales or trying to get commission selling extended warranties. Just a small, friendly company doing everything right by us.
