I received a call from Mike within minutes from original enquiry via the estate agent. By the time I had paid and signed the contract, the survey had already taken place and the report was with me in a couple of days. The report highlighted details I would have not been able to spot myself, but I guess that is expected of a chartered surveyor's work! The service very swift, communication was clear and straight and Lynne was extremely helpful all the way through the process. I cannot recommend enough.
