CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS CLUB ENOUGH! A great club for people of all ages. West Midlands Shuhari Wado Ryu Karate Club is run with an unquestionable passion and powerful community spirit. Learning a martial art can often be daunting, however Sensei Dave Parry made joining and committing myself to training an easy task. Sensei is patient with his students and takes the time to teach 'real world' application and the history of Wado Ryu Karate. I have found training to be both physically and mentally beneficial. Learning Wado Ryu Karate over the last 6 months has given me focus and drive to learn something new. Sensei teaches with a clear philosophy that disciplines students and provides important life lessons. The students made joining and committing even easier due to their friendly and welcoming nature. The community spirit is embodied through how everyone helps and encourages one another. If you are considering whether to learn a martial art, this club is undoubtedly a great place to start. You won't regret it!
