Nbus and train pass costs more than my gas and electric bill combined. Worst part about it is the trains are constantly delayed or late, or the buses are too over crowded for more people to get on. RIP my bank account 😭.

Stop increasing your prices every year, no value for money, train services haven't really improved with shortage of staff almost every week for most train services. Your making things difficult for all customers, who are already suffering from increase in cost from living cost, this is probably why human beings go through depression and commit suicide.

I contacted this company from the advice given to me by a customer advisor from NXBus to escalate an issue in regards to NXBUS falling to refund me the amount overcharged for my contactless payment for paying my bus fare. When I spoke to one of their employees I was spoken to very rudely and was told we don’t have access to their accounts we can’t do anything go and speak to them because we don’t handle contactless payments. I tried to explain to them that I have spoken to them many times plus I sent them my bank statements to prove this and he kept on fobbing me off. My advice to the public is listen to Jeremy Clarkson not to Andy Street and invest in buying a car and don’t listen to Andy Street and go on the busses.

Just name it Greater Birmingham, if there is a worry from the other Boroughs that Birmingham will overshadow them just break BCC into 4 councils, that way all the boroughs will have a similar population.
