Visit this place today although the birds look healthy the shop is awful. The cages are very dirty and haven't been cleaned for a long time bird mess everywhere including the floor. Presentation of the shop poor. sale goods all over the floor . When entering the shop there's bird seed on the carpet leading to upstairs living accommodation .

Travelled 3 hours from South West Wales, to purchase Indian Ring Neck parakeet last Sunday. Inside of shop not up to a very high standard. Bird was purchased and seemed fine until this morning Thursday, when it was found dead in the bottom of the cage (large new one bought especially. Have tried phoning repeatedly but cannot get to talk to anyone. I would therefore strongly recommend that you do not use this pet shop.

I travelled from Sheffield to this shop after speaking to the owner about the bird I was interested in (IRN) the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly. I made the 2hr 30 minute trip to choose my special guy. The owners opened the shop at 7pm just for me as I was travelling far. The shop was organised, clean and tidy. They had a variety of beautiful birds all looking healthy and beautiful. I bought my cage and accessories from them too. The next day I received by text a helpful routine and training tips. The birds clearly love these owners and most of the birds appeard Young. Would definitely go back if I was to purchase a companion for my beautiful monty
