I just want to thank your service for the amazing support I’ve seen over the last two years. Watching 999 national emergency today has really infuriated me, as emergency workers do and try their best, you should not have to apologise because of the delay/cut-backs and Kaos that certain organisations have caused! Keep up the good work. Thank you for your service.
