Hayley is a fabulous physiotherapist, our working cocker had a FHO operation in December and even though we are out of Hayleys area she came at short notice and lola has come on in leaps and bounds with Hayleys help, we were left with detailed instructions on how to do what was needed and every visit was so thorough and she was so patient as lola is only a puppy Would give 6 🌟 if I could!!

Hayley has been giving treatment to our young dog for over a year. The progress he made in just a few short months really improved his way of life. He is now able to walk with us as a family, rather than being left at home on those big walks. Hayley is amazing, very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Tommy has come on leaps and bounds since Hayley has been working with him and we cannot thank her enough for what she has done. I thoroughly recommend her if you are looking for Physiotherapy for your pet.

Frankly if I could give six stars I would. We have a very elderly dog, now at least 15 years old, the therapy Hayley has given him and the techniques we have been shown have transformed his quality of life immeasurably. We never expected him to regain and maintain the level of mobility that he still has. We get a full detailed report after every visit and helpful tips to help his condition. She is so kind and patient with him, and they connected almost immediately, gaining his trust right away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Plus Hayley is such a pleasure to deal with.

Hayley of West Midland Veterinary Physiotherapy provided a very professional and caring service when our little Cavapoo puppy needed specialist physiotherapy treatment. Ellie, our beautiful little dog was only a few months old when she fell and sustained a 'Y' fracture; her little leg was broken in three places. After a very traumatic and complicated operation, post operative physiotherapy was recommended. Hayley carried out intensive physiotherapy treatment on Ellie in our own home environment; this helped Ellie as she was receiving treatment in familiar surroundings and there were no anxious visits to a strange surgery. Hayley explained to us the treatment she was carrying out and involved us every step of the way. Several months later Ellie is now in perfect health and is running around with no side effects. Hayley continues to give Ellie regular physiotherapy treatment and she has built up a wonderful rapport with our little dog. Our sincere thanks and appreciation go out to Hayley. We very highly recommend West Midland Veterinary Physiotherapy and the very professional service extended by Hayley.
