To all hospital staff and administration. People visit the hospital because the are in pain they have issues of health etc , I visited the hospital on 10th of June and I was humiliated by the A&E staff at reception around 7am , I know the reason but I don't want to share it now . Its not the first time that I was insulted by A&E staff at the reception , they are heartless have no sympathy or respect for those who are in pain and distress. After waiting for 7 hours I then met someone who made me feel very comfortable and that was the head nurse in the emergency she was so nice and caring she realised that I been there for 7 hours and called the surgeon to see me I am really thankful to her. The surgeon name was Muhammed Terkiye he was very nice and by meeting these two the doctor and the head nurse I forgot all the insult which was done by the A&E reception. I request the administration of West Middlesex to do something because of very few staff members all others are getting negative feedback , A&E reception staff is very rude the way the talk is very unprofessional because of them the hospital is getting bad reviews , hospital needs new faces at reception who can talk with respect and love.

First of all I would like to say how they have ZERO TOLERENCE POLICY board clearly displayed for poor public and patients yet on other hand no training to staff on how to speak with etiquette let alone good customer service. The front house receptionist omg seriously she was rude very very rude. I walked into the desk and she goes go back and stand there again until I call you ans she did after 5 minutes. Honestly soooo rude in speaking tone manners but I ignored then another black nurse after black receptionist who I asked her name and she goes you don't need to know my name...she wears bandana on her head..necklace with letter P. Hoping she reads how pathetic her customer service and how unapproachable she was...rubbish from 5 star hospital known for its best care and service over recruiting and hiring pathetic people who don't know how to interact with people. Good luck with that rude fat black "P" receptionist if you ever face her guys.

Absolute shambles of an experience in a&e. Waited 4+ hours for my autistic partner to be seen whilst she was in distress with a buss lip and broken teeth only to be Rudely denied accompanying her to her assessment. Staff were so rude overall and uninterested and couldn’t care less about people. My partner is a vulnerable adult who needs support in certain situations and nhs professionals should adhere to their needs to protect basic human rights. The a&e was full of children who got priority which is understandable but good hospitals have a separate section for children. Shambles
