Called this garage at 4.45pm as I desperately needed to get a headlamp bulb fitted before a long drive. Despite it being nearly closing time they told me to call in. Excellent garage, used primarily as they are so local meaning I can drop my car and walk home. However recently they went above and beyond when I returned from holiday to find I had a flat battery caused by the cold weather and length of time my car had been left. Unfortunately my husbands car is electric meaning he couldn’t jump start me, but a quick call to West Malling for advice and an engineer kindly walked to my house (in sub zero temperatures) to jump start me within the hour. Really an exceptional service, for no charge. Really grateful for that, thanks guys.

I stopped unannounced by this garage as I was driving to the airport and I lost tyre pressure. I am so glad I stopped there. I didn’t know them and had no appointment. Simon helped me immediately- and I got to the airport and got my flight. He was very professional and it was no trouble I’d highly recommend this garage!!
