No one answers the phone or responds to messages! Terrible customer service. Imagine working with them you would never get a response! Avoid if you want good communication. Such a shame as I live close by and was interested in S&L

Bad experience and not Professionals. I would give 0 stars if that option was available. Their web page states that they will comprehensive evaluate the speech, language and communication needs with the parents and the child, gaining case history. They accessed my son with Zero input from their parents, and using exclusively as a formal assessment tool Renfrew Action Picture Test, which is just a quick screener that should be supplemented with a bigger language sample. After that assessment, it took the therapist 4 months to realized that my son was not asking questions. Also the therapist said she was going to use Box Clever in a group of children to improve my child language, and when the parents ask about what it is, the therapist just shared with us a picture that you can immediately find in google pictures search of "Box clever group children"

A wonderful experience. Sarah was patient, empathetic, fun (lots of games, which made the tired post-school slot actively enjoyable for my son) and, most of all, extremely good at helping him to articulate sounds (/g/, /k/) which he had struggled with for a long time. I really did not think we would ever get there, but after a single term his speech difficulties were largely a thing of the past. It has been a joy to see his confidence at school improving as a result.
