  Had a new boiler installed in May 2022. The service has been excellent from quoting stage to after care ensuring all guarantees were registered and I even received a call to ensure all was working as it should. Which led me to write the review. Honest, professional company who are local and excellent after care. I will not hesitate to recommend them.

  Amazing friendly staff, but I can’t afford to use them again the shower pump they installed was exactly the same one we had and plumber himself said it’s cheap the first time he came to check which I paid £108 for five minutes. I know that specific pump is roughly around £118 but I paid £499.20 all together. So labour was £381.20 just to remove the old one attach the new one to existing hose and plug it in. When I was quoted they said they will; 1) Isolate water and electrical supply 2) Remove existing shower pump 3) Supply and install new Salamander shower pump 4) Reinstate water and electrical supply 5) Test 6) Dispose of all rubbish They didn’t do step 1 and 4 because they didn’t need to do that at all they said “our quote which you accepted prior to the works was a fixed price for labour and the pump. Our fixed cost includes markup which covers time spent sourcing the pump, collecting the pump and the product markup.” If I knew what I was signing I wouldn’t do it again.

  BEWARE of COWBOY PRICING / OPAQUE AFTER SERVICE. I had first used their services to fix a pump in my boiler on 29th January and paid them £700 to get it up and running. 5 months in and the boiler blew up off with the water pump being the cause that I knew through my investigation. As the water pump was replaced by West London Plumbing services (that was still under warranty), I was made to pay the labour charge of £90 +VAT = £108 for them to come and look at it, take it to the supplier and come back with a new pump to fix it. The engineer turned up and within 5 minutes figured out the pump failure was the main issue. However, instead of replacing it, an hour was spent on them figuring out a reason not to swap it with a replacement for ‘free’ but do it subject to me paying an additional £298 + VAT and extra labour on top including travel to their supplier that I was going to be additional extra charge of £90 + VAT taking the total to almost again £700 (total joke and think they can take the gullible for a ride). They blamed the failure of the pump on a supposed ‘leak’ that they couldn’t even show me and said that because water went inside the pump, it wouldn’t be covered under manufacturer’s warranty. I asked them that irrespective of anything water shouldn’t have gone inside the pump unless faulty and they had no answer. I also asked for the receipt of my original payment to take the matter up with Worcester Bosch but they refused to send that across (probably because they don’t want to disclose the inflated pump price that they sell to customers). The pumps are available for £130 and they quoted me £298 + VAT. Because I am under warranty and refused to give in to their almost ‘blackmail’ pricing of an additional £700 on top of the £700 that I paid earlier, they didn’t do the job and left the boiler as is. In other words, I am in the same position as I was with £108 deducted and they had the cheek to take an extra £54 on top without informing me (BEWARE OF GIVING THEM CARD DETAILS BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE MONEY OFF WHENEVER THEY WISH WITHOUT INFORMING YOU)!! I called them up today to enquire why they took the extra money - they had the audacity to say they can’t talk (and it was the same lady who took the money off my account) as supposedly today they answer only emergency calls. Only thing she said is the engineer supposedly spent an hour and a half (SPEAKS VOLUMES AS HE DIDN’T DO THE JOB THAT HE CAME FOR BUT SPENT CLOSE TO 45 MINUTES OUTSIDE ON THE PHONE). And thanks to Ring doorbell, I have the video proof of their coming / going including my conversation with them. BUT THEY WILL BE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AS THEY DID - AS I PAID £162 AND THEY STILL DIDN’T FIX MY ISSUE (trying to hide under the garb of GDPR) for not giving me the actual original warranty invoices for a service that I paid for but instead giving me their inflated invoice (minus warranty). USE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL IS MY ADVICE!! Service: Water heater repair

  correct, you have never carried out an order because your staff are absolutely useless. WLP contacted me with regards to a new boiler installation and proceeded to harass me on both email and Whatsapp (which I did not give permission for you to do). Joanna wasn't helpful and I simply asked for for someone to come out and review which to be fair they offered to do 2 weeks later after harassing me, me wasting time responding to both emails and whatsapp. It wasn't well organised or managed and genuinely got to a point where I felt my time was being wasted. I have emails and whatsapp which evidence the incompetence and unreliability of WLP and would not recommend them at all - thankfully there are a lot of other competent and helpful companies for boiler install.
