Jordan has tuned my 1903 Bechstein three times now and I am absolutely delighted with the tuning and service he provides. The piano is played for several hours a day and I am very happy to have found such a professional, thorough, friendly and reliable tuner to look after it for me. His online booking system, confirmation and reminder emails along with payment by bank card reader and immediate emailing of receipt make the business side of things smooth and easy. It is also a pleasure to chat with him before and after the tuning and his knowledge and experience of pianos is impressive. Very highly recommended .

You'd be insane not to book Jordan. He is professional, efficient and does an amazing job. He tuned my piano and then also took away the action to repair moth damage. The 1967 Knight piano now plays better than the new Steinway that my parents have bought. In short, stop looking, you've found the right person to tune your piano.
