Was a bit apprehensive about using this crematorium because of the many poor reviews. Glad I went with them. The chapel was lovely as were the Gardens’s for the dove release and the attendants We’re all very understanding and kind. A beautiful service on such a sad day.

The whole cematary is in desperate need of gardeners and groundsmen. The cematary is a disgrace and it never used to be like this!

Sadly we had a poor experience last Friday at the crematorium. We were attending a funeral at 2:15 the funeral ahead over ran by 20 minutes. Leaving us stood by the hearse in the heat with a grief stricken wife and family. The people ahead had loads of people hanging outside the crematorium Not adhering to social distancing and smoking and chatting ??? We were left to stand and watch. Once their funeral ended they hung around in no hurry to move things infact watching us from the hall area. Totally Farce. To add insult to injury the zoom of the funeral infact was mainly of the funeral ahead hardly any of our relatives plus we had no sound. What a sad day made worse by the lack of organisation. A day you would imagine couldn’t get worse did infact. Poor.
