Great experience dealing with the owner and the team. Very professional and serious people. Very honest in terms of price regarding equipment and maintenence for my amazing motorbike;which I ve bought couple of years earlier on his store. I was not sure at that time about buying my actual motorbike ; I did it under Mr Amin suggestion and has been the best thing I could have done! The bike NEVER let me down and I visit the store just to renew my MOT and ordinary maintenence. Thanks for your service guys, you are simply AMAZING!!!

Called on a Friday to book an MOT. Was told I can come at 1730pm on Monday and wait 45 minutes for the job to be complete. We confirmed the appointment. I took time of work and arrived 20 minutes early(with no issues with waiting extra) only to be told they wouldn’t be able to do it that day. Turns out they don’t do the class of MOT needed. They knew this on the Friday but chose to book the appointment with the assumption they can take it to another garage to actually do the work and I assume charge extra for the service. An unnecessary extra charge I would have preferred to avoid had I known. When the chap behind the desk found out they wouldn’t be able to provide/outsource the service agreed he made it worse by not seeming apologetic in the slightest and in fact arrogant saying it’s ‘no big deal’ and accusing me of having an issue with my ‘linens’( i.e woke up on the wrong side of the bed) for being unhappy that an agreed service was not delivered. Good news is I learned not to do business with them on any bases moving forward.
