The staff are so helpful, offering advice and taking the time to describe the items the are selling. Nothing is too much trouble and it is so hard to find a team that compliments each other with a vein of kindness running through. Special thanks to Margaret, John and Luke. This is a gem of a store with staff that are absolutely wonderful with great goodies to be found. I can go to other stores but the staff here make me want to return - people buy from people and this is so readily overlooked. Thank you again for all your help.

This place no longer sells the furniture that donated you will need to visit the Tunbridge Wells stores for that. This site now is part of the upcoming training programme

Very friendly and helpful staff, including delivery. Well-organized showroom. We got a great-quality kitchen table/dining set and refinished it to look more modern. Also got two very nice oak bookshelves. No sense in buying new and wasting precious materials when there is excellent second-hand furniture out there. Bonus the sale goes to a good organization.
