Overall, a pleasant place. Security seems very good too. I was a visitor, so cannot say what it's like to live in one of the apartments.

Website is either wrong or they are just stealing money from the residence staying here. No 24 hours services I have called several times with no answer at different times of the day only to find out staff couldn't be bothered to show up or finish their shifts. The "support" workers are not that. There is no support what so ever. They talk to the young people staying there like they are trash and are charging over £1000 for a sad little flat. They dont urge people in the care to do better and getting a job just means they take it all for the extortionate rent they charge. If you are donating STOP. This is going into the pockets of people who do not care. This is no place for people at risk or in need, the staff goed poor behaviour as they dont want to do anything about it. I am disgusted by the treatment of the residence , poor management and staff here. Who ever has so actual authority over this rubbish should sort out their staff and I dont mean Andrea I mean above her. As apparently it seems acceptable to purchase Wifi and a roughly £300 Dyson fan for the staff that sit doing nothing all day. UNACCEPTABLE.
