Not too bad when living with them but a nightmare trying to exchange, no one knows what they’re doing say one thing then say another. Drag their heels had a full 42 days but still not completing exchange. Staff are absolutely useless from allocations.

0 stars, Really shocking and frustrating with this WKHA behaviour. They constructed 4 new houses just 1 meter away from my house. Since beginning this construction they are troubling us including my under 3 years kids in various ways such as throwing rubbish, tags, wood and brick pieces, cements, their workers throwing cigarettes buds, and they always says bad languages. Listen guys very careful with these people if running any project in your area. Because they always wanted to breach the planing permission. They have started constructing few steps and a man heights wall infront of our main door which is out of permission. We then approached councillors and then they came in and asked their engineer to STOP. I don’t know who gave them permission to construct these houses just a meter away from a property which is absolutely wrong and blocking our sunlight and privacy. On top of these nasty things they started construction since last 2 years and they have promised us to complete this back in July 2022. So far no completion yet and the area is completely messy and blocked all of us parking area. This company is doesn’t have a logic or standing SLA or not even considering CSR policies by caring neighbourhood when construction is going on. Sometimes without even a single notice they used to block our front door pathways and asking sorry when emails them. Really frustrated with their behaviour. They have surveyed my house prior construction and house was in good condition. Now we got many damages just in the construction side of the property. I am asking them many times to repair it since last February 2022 but no resolution yet. I don’t know who is WKHA’s CEO but not sure how your company running like this without respecting society and the people brought their houses their hard earned money. You guys destroyed and not providing any support this is your company policy??? How can you sit over there when your people behaving and doing all these nasty things to others property and without inspecting what’s going on there?? Recent eg: their steel fence fell down to my front main door and it’s broken and damaged, also our house name board got fell down but luckily coz of it quality doesn’t damaged. Their workers came and removed the fencing and refix the name board. When I report this issue to WKHA they are asking evidence. See how rude they are. Doesn’t know how to respect neighbours and carry out the project within the right time frame without harming others property. Also remember to appoint your own surveyor as they appoint their surveyor and they will play some drama in the background. I don’t wanna give this review actually, but I requested them various times and waited so long. But I don’t treating fairly from these local authorities. Really frustrated and they damaged our house. So very careful with this people. Good luck with next project well performers!
