I employed West Heritage Bricklayers too re-lay my patio in November 2019 (just 2 months ago). This was a bad decision on my part - reviews on his website were all 5-star so I felt confident that a good job would be done. Apart from random time keeping, they left my patio badly marked with cement debris. Matthew promised to return and clean all the damaged slabs but failed to turn up and I have heard nothing since. I have subsequently paid to have the cement mess removed by power hose.at a cost of £280 (for which I have receipt). Also, the pointing between slabs started to disintegrate within a week of being laid, despite assurances that nothing could in the future damage or dent it. There are now holes throughout the grouting and I am having to engage someone else to repoint. I have been duped and overcharged by Matthew and his company West Heritage and am bitterly disappointed.

West Heritage Bricklayers has been my "go to" builder for many years now. They built an extension for me and did a fantastic job and I have used them for many smaller projects since then. It can be very difficult to find reliable builders with fair prices, especially in Solihull, but West Heritage are just that. Always on time and always professional and polite.

They turned the space into a kitchen extension for me and did a really good job of it. The job was completed quickly and came in under budget. Excellent people to work with as well. Good timekeeping and old school good manners. Thumbs up from me if you need proper builders on the case.
