Been waiting over 4 months for a call back following up a scan that I had ! Every time I call they say someone will call me on ' schedule date' but still not heard anything from them.

Has been my GP for over 25yrs. Very knowledgeable doctors, most staff have been polite and understanding. Iv had issues with one receptionist but considering the number of staff 1% is acceptable. Parking is ample with disabled bays near front doors. The internal areas are clean and tidy with plenty of seating which takes into consideration the recent COVID requirements.

Excellent surgery... never had an issue in 10 years registered here and service still excellent during lockdown. Recent attendance for skin issue - consultation with Dr Shah resulted in urgent hospital referral. Special thanks to Natalie and the reception team for assistance in sorting the referral. Cannot fault my treatment here. Thank you.

I have been at West Heath Surgery for 4 years now. The service has always been excellent, I have never struggled to get an appointment and the staff have always been really helpful. As a new parent it can be worrying at times and whenever I have called with a concern they have got me an appointment the same day. I am so happy with the service and the team. Thank you guys!!!
