This has been a very good surgery over the years and the doctors and staff do a great job, but my sense is that it is hard to get a face to face appointment or to access many services at the moment. I felt my mental health suffered during the pandemic. What they do, they do well, but I think we have to accept that thus is primarily a telephone service, and will be for the foreseeable future. This is probably the result of the pandemic and looking around, most other surgeries seem to be the same.

Dr arora is a fantastic doctor the only thing that spoils the practise is the miserable receptionist with the glasses. Asks personal questions and always as a face like a wet weekend in Blackpool very rude and condescending

Dreadful experience, called last week to see if my girlfriend and I could register, my postcode was taken and was advised yes, no problem, just need to pop in with ID & Proof of Address and fill in some paperwork. Popped in today to register, took ID & Proof of Address, told we were outside the catchment area as it had recently changed, told we lived 4.2 miles away, I checked on google maps whilst there, confirmed we lived 2.3 miles away, receptionists then said limit was 1.9 miles, I asked when the changes came in, advised they hadn’t changed as such but that we couldn’t join. Unprofessional and discourteous staff, either lied to today or last when called. On the plus side, dodged a bullet in not having to deal with them on a regular basis.

The staff here have always been very cooperative with me, especially three of the secretaries. Although the centre is a good way from where I live I doubt I would be treated as well as I am here, therefore I shall remain as a patient. I agree that the female doctor seems rude, but perhaps it's just her nature.
