My wife had 7 falls in 6 months. Suppose to have one to one care. She was recovering from brain injury. Some time she didn't have food because of sleeping. I went without visiting timing and seen my wife walking with zema fram dragging her wee bag on the floor. Last thing, she was left up 4 to 5 hours on the cold floor in the night after her fall in her room. She was taken to hospital. Cuz she had brain bleed. I think it was carelessness of staff. I never advise to anyone to take anybody to go there in my life.

I recommend if you are considering going or putting a loved one there to visit first . It turned out to be more of an institution then a rehabilitation place . Some staff were lovely others treated service users like children no matter what their disability was which was very upsetting. Locum OT s due to maternity leave , assessments done then having to be redone as no notes kept , lack of neuro physio for months . Given food not suitable for fork mashable diet or forgetting to have food for them just a few of the issues .
