Absolutely disgusting. Being with this practice since I was a child and this morning informed I cant book an appointment due to missing 2 appointments last year. 1 of which I tried to call to cancel but their phone lines were down!!! Also pointed out maybe they should inform patients of the policy especially those who have been registered since being a child so unaware of the policy! Shocking!

A very bad service with an Asian dentist in 2016. They ripped me off. i paid more than £1100 just to pull out my 3 teeth to replace them by false teeth that never worked and broke weeks after. Damaged my gun too. I would not advice someone to have same experience as mine. Still suffering!!
