EDIT: updating my review as, as a result of the owner’s reply, I have realised the employee I was visiting for medical care was a physician associate and not a doctor, likely why they would never prescribe me anything to help with my illness / had issues with diagnosis. I booked GP appointments as usual via the website and was never once informed that I was not seeing a doctor. Thanks to the owner for their reply. My issue is with two misdiagnoses that left me very ill, delays in treatment and a repeated failure to take my description of symptoms on board (ie I have made an appointment to discuss lack of help from drops only to be prescribed drops and another similar issue). The test I have requested is indeed available on the NHS.

All in all 5 star. Considering the recession in the yonder. Fantastic reception staff. But choose wisely what dr you see as some are accountants while the other 60% adhere to the Hippocratic Oath! 💯🙏❤️

me and my family have been using this medical centres for years and, when they talk about healthcare being a postcode lottery, all i can say is we (and everyone who uses this surgery) is SUPER lucky and won that lottery for sure . when i hear the horror stories of what other people go through to get to see their GP nowadays i am absolutely amazed that this practice has managed to keep such a dedicated and caring service going during these incredibly stressful times and with the government cuts they must be dealing with . the quality of personnel (from the phone/ reception people to the nurses and doctors) are ALL really decent, caring and top draw .... its the "waitrose" of GP practices :))

WHMC is by far the best practice I have been to. I switched from another practice last year, and I cannot say enough positive things about the people, service, and care provided. Everyone from the Administrative staff to the Doctors are professional, polite and friendly.

Great GP with fast booking and referral system to the hospital. Doctors are all kind. The GP itself is clean and self check-in system is great.

Doctors are lovely and helpful, but not sure if the reception team / triage is great. Not very empathetic towards patients :( they also seem to move pre-booked appointment around without informing the patients - scheduling feels unorganized. I booked an on the day appointment while in pain, but received an automatic email saying it is changed to another time which I have communicated earlier over phone that it doesn’t work. The alert also doesn’t say that it is changed to a telephone appointment instead of a face to face appointment (which I only found out after calling them - could have arrived at the clinic to learn that…). Hope the process can be smoother next time. Update on 10th of Feb, 2023 - thanks for your reply Dr Alkizwini, really appreciate that someone from the surgery is actually reading these reviews. I’ll raise the feedback formally at the link you shared below. I also had to come to the surgery this morning for a GP appointment and the PA I was seeing was late - I ended up having to wait for 40min for my appointment to start and she didn’t even apologise for being late. Appreciate unpredictable things happen sometimes, but it would have been nice to acknowledge that other people’s time is also valuable when such long wait was required. Shoutout to the nice receptionist lady who tried to update me during my wait (although she said 5-10min and it ended up being much longer) - at least she tried to keep patient informed.
