i went there because i have an extremely swollen ingrown toenail. he sprayed my toe with cold “numbing” pain, he then proceeded to prod it with various instruments and finally topped it off with a scalpel. It was so painful i asked for local anaesthetic which he said he couldnt give. he told me there is nothing he can do and told me to go to my gp for antibiotics for an infection, but i don’t understand how these are going to get rid of the ingrown. worst pain possible, he could visibly see i was crying and i eventually had to tell him to stop. awful experience.
